Policies and Procedures

The Hespeler Tennis Club Policies and Procedures apply to both members and non-members while on the club grounds, and are posted prominently on the clubhouse and the entrance to the courts.

Any member who breaks any of the rules or is not acting in the interest of the Hespeler Tennis Club can have their membership suspended or revoked.

Code of Conduct

The Hespeler Tennis Club Code of Conduct are procedures and practices that apply to all Hespeler Tennis Club sanctioned tournaments, events, and team play. Repeated violations of the code of conduct may result in revocation of club membership.

Refund Policy

Please refer to the official Hespeler Tennis Club Refund Policy if, due to illness or injury, you are unable to make use of your membership.
