Registration and COVID-19 Guidelines for Play

The Hespeler Tennis Club as been approved to open for the 2020 season! The nets will go up this week, the clubhouse will be sanitized, and the club will officially open on Monday June 1st.

The club will need to operate differently this year. See our COVID-19 page for complete details.

  • No drop-in play; all courts must be booked online and must include the names of all players who will be using the court.
  • No congregation before/after play. Players are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their court time.
  • Each player/household must provide their own tennis balls. Balls must be clearly marked to indicate the owner, and only the owner of the tennis ball should handle it.
  • Practice social distancing at all times. Refrain from shaking hands, high-fives, and touching court gates, nets, and net posts.

Prices have been significantly discounted as the season has been shortened and many programs will not run.

Returning members should use the registration link emailed to them to ensure they get the returning member discount. To aid in physical distancing, there will be no in-person registration this season.
