Team Tennis Orientation
This is a chance for team tennis players to get together before the start of the season. We'll review the team tennis rules and play some fun doubles matches. Players new to team tennis (or those who aren't sure in what position they should play) can also be assessed to determine their team ranking.
Meet and Greet Social
This event is a great opportunity to meet fellow members and get out on the courts to kick off a new season.
Stop by for some cake and win some prizes in a skills competition. Both adult and junior members are encouraged to come out!
Junior Open Tournament
This tournament is hosted at the Hespeler Tennis Club, and attracts many of our junior players as well as those from other clubs in the region for a day of competitive tennis.
OTA Tennis Fair
The OTA Tennis Fair is a fun, social activity for adult club members. Participants get doubles strategy instruction and drills, free T-shirts, a chance to demo the latest racquets, and more. Participants should be competent with all the basic tennis strokes and be able to sustain a rally.
Adult 35+ Tournament
This tournament is open to adults aged 35 or over (i.e. "senior" players as defined by the OTA). This will be the second year for this tournament, which turned out to be very popular in 2009, and is ideal for players of all abilities.
Wimbledon Tournament
This annual event is a very popular mixed doubles format played with wooden racquets – bring your own or borrow one from the club. Wear your traditional whites and enjoy a morning at Wimbledon! Strawberries and cream will be served, ball kids will be on-hand, and prizes will be awarded for oldest racquet, best-dressed, and the A and B-side winners.
Ice Cream Social
The Ice Cream Social is a new event for 2010.
Camper Carnival
An event for all summer campers that takes place at the end of August. Enjoy a final day of games and drills with fellow camp participants.
Year-End Tournament
The year-end tournament is popular with adult members of all ages and abilities. The tournament consists of the following events:

Team Tennis Finals
This year the team tennis finals day will consist of the championship match between the top Monday and Wednesday teams, as well as social matches for other team tennis players.
Winter Tennis Event
Our annual winter tennis event at the Royal City Tennis Club in Guelph. This event is open to adult club members of all abilities, and consists of social doubles play.
